Holistic Learning Through Care, Support, and Opportunities
Extracurricular Opportunities
We are committed to providing students with a vibrant and enriching school experience through an extensive programme of extracurricular activities. From creative arts to exciting sports and engaging clubs, every student will have the opportunity to explore their interests, discover new talents, and build skills that go beyond the classroom.
In the Pre-Prep School, activities will be designed to spark joy and curiosity while fostering personal growth. Students will enjoy a nurturing environment where they can form strong friendships, build confidence, and develop independence through fun and engaging experiences tailored to their age and interests.
With access to outstanding facilities and guidance from passionate, experienced staff, students will have the opportunity to shine in both sports and the arts. Whether creating a masterpiece in art, performing on stage, or excelling on the sports field, every child will be supported to find and pursue their passions.
Extracurricular activities will be more than just an add-on; they will be an integral part of how we inspire well-rounded, confident, and happy students prepared to excel in all aspects of life.
English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support
We understand how important it is for every child to feel confident and included, especially when learning in a new language. Our EAL support programme will provide personalised assistance tailored to each student’s needs, helping them to build their English skills quickly and thrive both academically and socially.
Highly trained specialist teachers will ensure that students receive focused support alongside their regular classroom activities, enabling them to fully engage with the curriculum and enjoy a rich, well-rounded school experience. This approach will not only help students to overcome language barriers but also build their confidence and friendships within the school community.
By fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, we will equip students with the tools they need to succeed, helping them to unlock their potential and feel empowered to take on new challenges with confidence.
Pastoral Care
In our Pre-Prep, we will create a reflective and supportive environment built on mutual respect. Student wellbeing will be at the heart of our teaching, with pastoral care as our top priority, supported by all staff.
Positive behaviour will be promoted through our Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PSHEE) programme, circle time, and school values, which will guide our daily life. Regular assemblies will celebrate achievements and foster a sense of belonging.
Parents Support
We are committed to building a genuine partnership with parents, working together to support the academic and emotional development of every student.
Teachers will carefully monitor students’ progress to ensure they are thriving both academically and personally. Full reports will be shared with parents at regular intervals, providing a formal record of their child’s achievements. These reports will also be accessible through our secure parent portal, offering convenient access to updates.
To strengthen communication, termly consultation meetings will be held, bringing parents and staff together to discuss progress, address any concerns, and celebrate successes. This collaborative approach will ensure parents feel informed, involved, and confident in their child’s educational journey.
