We are committed to providing students with a vibrant and enriching school experience through an extensive programme of extracurricular activities. From creative arts to exciting sports and engaging clubs, every student will have the opportunity to explore their interests, discover new talents, and build skills that go beyond the classroom.

English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support
We understand how important it is for every child to feel confident and included, especially when learning in a new language. Our EAL support programme will provide personalised assistance tailored to each student’s needs, helping them to build their English skills quickly and thrive both academically and socially.
Highly trained specialist teachers will ensure that students receive focused support alongside their regular classroom activities, enabling them to fully engage with the curriculum and enjoy a rich, well- rounded school experience. This approach will not only help students to overcome language barriers but also build their confidence and friendships within the school community.

Pastoral Care

A programme of personal and social education supports the wider wellbeing of students. Excellent behaviour is acknowledged, celebrated and rewarded by staff, both inside and outside of the classroom. With community and kindness among the core values of a Highgate education, students are also encouraged to recognise the positive contributions made by others.
Parent Support
We consider parents to be critical partners in the work of the school. Committed to the development of meaningful relationships, we will report regularly through a range of formal and informal channels to ensure that parents are well informed throughout the course of each school year.
Academic reports will be shared at regular intervals via a secure parent portal and supplemented by the arrangement of consultation meetings that allow for reflection, the celebration of success and the airing of any concern.
